MEET THE PRESIDENT
Dr. Lola M. Fuller, President and CEO
Dr. Lola M. Fuller, daughter of the late George and Lacy Sanders McNeill, is the mother of one daughter, Uletta. Dr. Fuller has been called and equipped by God for the work of ministry. She is Holy Ghost filled and is an example of a sacrificial servant for Kingdom Establishment. It is not unusual for Dr. Fuller to operate in the offices of Demonic Deliverance, Prophetic Revelations, as well as Physical and Emotional Healing. Her ministry has extended as far as South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Her Educational Journey includes; the public schools of Johnston County, N.C. Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville, N.C. B.S. Degree; North Carolina Central University, M.Ed.; Durham, N.C. Shaw Divinity, M.Div. Raleigh, N.C and United Theological Seminary, Doctoral Degree of Ministry, Dayton, Ohio. She has done further studying in the area of “Transformational Church Leadership” at Vista University, Pretoria, South Africa; and the University of Western Cape in Cape Town South Africa.
Her educational career was completed after thirty-four years of service in the field of education.
Dr. Fuller has been signally honored for the following career achievements:
- National Innovative Teacher’s Award – Business Week Magazine
- Excellence in Teaching Award, National Southeastern Region, Sponsored by the National Council of Negro Women in conjunction with Shell Oil.
- Zeta Phi Beta Service Award;
- “Zeta” of the Year, awarded by Zeta Amicae of Raleigh
- Community Recognition Award in Religion, sponsored by the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Community Service-Religious Affairs Award, presented by the N.C. State Leadership Conference of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.;
- Induction into the Consortium of Female Doctorates in America in the area of Religion, and the African American Cultural Complex;
- “Women of Note” for Women in Ministry.
- March 20th , 2016, Dr. Fuller was honored as Woman of the Year by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Sigma Xi Zeta Chapter, Morrisville, N.C
Dr. Fuller has three studies and one publication, to her credit: Building A Community Of Lay Evangelist Through Transformational Church Leadership, 2000; A Study of the Effects of the Absence of Prayer on Black Students in the Public Schools of North Carolina. 1996. Co-author of the book entitled Blueprint For Success, featuring her project, Adolescent Conflicts: Teens Speak Out published by Macmillan McGraw-Hill, 1990. A Study Comparing The Reading Achievements in The Gifted and Talented Magnet Middle School Model with Students in the Classical Magnet Middle School Model, 1986.
Dr. Fuller is a member of Xi Sigma Zeta Chapter, of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. She is the founding, Pastor-Teacher of Shalom Christian Community Church, a nondenominational, God Centered ministry for all people.
Since 2003, she serves as founding President and CEO of the Ezekiel Institute of Ministry. Ezekiel is a school for Ministers and other church leaders. By divine assignment, Dr. Fuller organized the “Jericho Walk” in a neighborhood better known as “Lod-Debar”. Drug Houses and prostitute houses were shutdown. Souls came running into the church. The community was transformed!
In 2013, God used Dr. Fuller for the birthing of The Assembly of Non-denominational Christian churches, Inc. Headquartered in Garner, North Carolina. Dr. Fuller is the visionary of the National One Spirit Sevenfold Conference founded in 2003. In 2019, she was inducted into the National Association of Professional Women of America. In 2016 she launched a National and International Bible Study “Word Power”. For six years she could be seen on “Ask the Pastor” a National Televised panel of pastors. On December 1, 2019, Dr. Fuller was confirmed as an “APOSTLE” for the Gospel of Jesus. Her most recent accomplishment was granted in July 2023; when she was privileged to travel to the land of Greece and walk in “the Footsteps of the Apostle Paul”.
Dr. Fuller strives daily to live according to her God given motto: “A Charge to Keep I Have- A God to Glorify – A Never Dying Soul to Save and Fit It For the Sky.”
